Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to Orlando Tales. These terms govern the sale of physical and digital products offered through our platform. By making a purchase, you accept these terms in full.

1. Definitions

  • Seller: Orlando Tales.
  • Customer: Any individual making a purchase through the platform.
  • Products:
    • Physical Products: Tangible goods sold via the platform.
    • Digital Products: Access to live training sessions conducted via Google Meet.


2. Scope of the Contract

This contract governs the purchase of:

  • Physical Products, as described in the product details.
  • Digital Products, consisting of live training sessions conducted by experts on Google Meet. The description and schedule of the session are provided on the product page at the time of purchase.


3. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment is accepted exclusively via credit card.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. If payment authorization fails, the order will be automatically canceled.


4. Delivery Methods

Physical Products:

  • Shipping is completed within the timeframe indicated on the product page. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before order confirmation.
  • Responsibility for damages during transport is covered in accordance with applicable regulations.

Digital Products (Live Training Sessions):

  • Upon payment confirmation, the Customer will receive an email at the address provided during purchase containing:
    • The link to join the session on Google Meet.
    • Any instructions necessary for participation.
  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable Internet connection and the required software to access the session.


5. Right of Withdrawal

Physical Products:

  • The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery by notifying us via email at info@orlandotales.com.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Digital Products (Live Training Sessions):

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products with a specific date and time (live sessions), in accordance with Article 59 of the Consumer Code.
  • However, the Customer may request cancellation and a refund at least 48 hours before the scheduled session by contacting info@orlandotales.com.


6. Warranty

  • Physical Products: A 24-month warranty is provided for defects in conformity.
  • Digital Products: The platform guarantees the accessibility and proper delivery of the session. Any technical issues preventing participation will be evaluated, and a new session or refund may be offered at the Seller’s discretion.


7. Liability

  • The Seller is not responsible for access issues to digital products caused by inadequate Internet connections or incorrect device configurations.
  • The Seller is not liable for interruptions or delays caused by force majeure events.


8. Privacy

All data provided by the Customer is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.


9. Changes to the Terms

Orlando Tales reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website.
